Franco Sarto womens Salino

These boots are FABULOUS!! I was beginning to lose faith in Franco Sarto after a long period of not finding the brand in large sizes (Franco Sarto was one of the first shoemakers to produce fashionable styles in size 12 almost 20 years ago), but they're back! These boots are stylish and comfy! One of the boots in the first pair I received was damaged, but I was able to easily return the product and reorder annother pair - which was perfect! I bought these in brown and black. NOTE: The boot is half leather, half vinyl, and the vinyl is the back side of the calf, so I'm a little worried about life expectancy. Not impressed with style. The fit was ok….but leather is too thin for boot shaft to keep firm. The leg portion of boot wrinkles down in bunch at ankle. Had to return! Read more

These boots are lovely. They feel wonderful in hand and on my feet. Unfortunately they hit just below the bubble on my inner knee and are just unflattering on me. Note that I have thick calves—a 16” shaft would be perfect but the shaft of these boots while slightly snug still worked. I’m sure in time they’d stretch to be a perfect fit.
