While the design and functionality is probably ok I found out that this is not really a stainless steel product as I expected. I expected a bare metal stainless steel product with a satin finish per the ad but it turned out that it is plastic coated. I don't know why a company would plastic coat stainless steel. Maybe to make the wire diameters look larger than they really are? Maybe so the plastic will get ratty looking down the road and they hope people will buy another? If they were smart they would be honest about what they are selling and also offer a third option which could be the same product without the plastic coating (unless the stainless steel under the plastic isn't a quality 300 series or 18-8 stainless and it will rust). All I can do is guess but it is being sent back. I don't trust this company. The plastic is there to hide something. Read more
