I used this product maybe 2x/week for a small dog. It worked well until it didn't. I purchased it at the end of July but broke toward the end of December. Several pcs of plastic broke off inside that holds the screws in place. After this happened the product no longer held back the arm that is used to cock the launcher in the shoot position. I spent about 5 minutes on Amazon trying to find the warranty policy (shouldn't take any longer than that), but it seems to be well hidden, which I assume is done with the hope that customers will give up trying to ask for a replacement. I never found it so that's why I'm writing this negative review. I like the product a lot but feel it should last more than 5 months with minimal usage. If someone from the company reads this, I would appreciate if you would replace my ball launcher. Read more

The rubber band popped loose after 3 months of light use. As another shopper mentioned there doesn't seem to be any warranty that I could find. From owning other fetch guns I have taken them apart and repaired them. But they used a screw that you can't remove them without a special tool. It worked great when it was working. We couldn't use this gun as our dogs would have swallowed the mini balls Whole. That actual gun works fine though and shoots the little balls pretty far. If your dog has a small mouth and like to play fetch this would be great. Just not for our beasts. Read more
I have an energetic corgi puppy and she absolutely loves this. The mini ball is the perfect size for her to play fetch with. The launcher itself has a lot of power! We were able to adjust the distance as well so that we can play inside too. This keeps her busy for hours and I do not have to do much work. Highly recommend! Read more
