I love Fred movies. This didn't disappoint with its zany silliness. Fred's fantasy perspective blowing everything out of a reality perspective is Fred epic. Don't miss this one. Read more

Fred 2: Night of the Living Fred continues the wild, exaggerated humor of Lucas Cruikshank’s Fred Figglehorn, bringing a quirky mix of slapstick, fast-paced edits, and absurd situations. This time, Fred is convinced that his substitute music teacher is a vampire, sending him on a chaotic, hilarious adventure filled with over-the-top antics and cartoonish horror elements. Pros: ✅ High-Energy Comedy: The film sticks to its hyperactive style, which fans of Fred’s YouTube channel will appreciate. ✅ Lighthearted Plot: Keeps things fun and silly, making it suitable for younger audiences. ✅ Familiar Faces: Returns key characters like Bertha (Daniella Monet) and Talia (Ariel Winter) to add some comedic contrast to Fred’s antics. Cons: ⚠ Niche Humor: The loud, exaggerated style isn’t for everyone—it works best for Fred’s established fanbase. ⚠ Simplistic Storyline: The plot is thin, mostly serving as a setup for Fred’s chaotic energy rather than deep storytelling. ⚠ Lower Production Quality: Compared to bigger-budget kid comedies, this has TV movie-level visuals and effects. For those who enjoy goofy, over-the-top humor, Fred 2: Night of the Living Fred is a playfully absurd comedy that delivers exactly what fans expect—lots of yelling, weird situations, and ridiculous fun. My 5 year old loves Fred. Fortunately she doesn't get his humor so we will let her enjoy it for now. I'm not sure how I feel about it though. Fred movies are so weird but I find myself watching it with her. Read more
Well, if you watched the first FRED movie, you know what to expect. Lucas Cruikshank is his regular character, and just as "queer" as usual. I like that, and he is true to himself. He has since come out as gay. which is no surprise to me. This is a fun little movie. Good for teens, or preteens. Read more
