What a wonderfully artful fixture!

buys some stuffDecember 1, 2025

This free-standing tub-filler has the look we like. It is well made from quality materials with some very intriguing details. The finish is subtly shiny while holding true to the term matte. The handle and the knob that switches between the wand and the spout are both smaller than most, minimizing the risk of snagging on towels or clothes. The action on the main mixing lever is just stiff enough to let you know it'll hold the temperature while being easy to manipulate. The knob that switches between the wand and the spout has a good spring and moves out with the appropriate amount of resistance. The water pressure holds it in place and it can be more easily turned off by shutting off the mixing handle. It can of course also be turned off with a push, but is not likely to happen accidentally or if the temperature/pressure is adjusted. The wand has a length of attractive matching braided metal hose that is almost 5 feet long. it has a minimalistic, elegant design that blends in perfectly with the rests of the fixture. The spray pattern is wide enough to wash with and still able to be useful in cleaning the tub and pets with sufficient pressure. Most free-standing tub plumbing fixtures are much more obvious, showing way to much shiny plumbing for our taste. This one is not only elegant, but robust. Note that the base is bolted down with a three-point bracket that passes the hot and cold line thru it to the subfloor below. I believe that this would be more than sufficient to support my weight in a slippery moment. As of this writing I am of the opinion that this kit is an exceptional value. I would whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone who shares my design aesthetic. Read more

Super nice

Jessalyn DDecember 29, 2025

This is a super nice freestanding tub faucet. I had one in a different color but this really matches the scheme of my master bathroom so much better so I had to get it. This came very well packed and secured and everything was exactly as described to be. Nothing was missing or damaged from delivery and it was all in great condition. Very impressed with the quality and the craftsmanship of it all. This is very heavy duty super nice and definitely not low quality. My husband is very familiar with installing stuff like this and getting it all set up so he had no problem getting this up and ready to go. This was perfectly as described to be in every way even down to the measurements so it fit exactly in the space that we had for it. Definitely a great quality product and a solid 10 out of 10. We have not had a single issue and it works exactly as it should. Definitely worth every penny Read more

Stunning, Heavy, Sleek, Simple, Amazing Price With One Fault - Rubber Jet Spray Area

DblivyDecember 8, 2025

This faucet was ordered as we plan a reno on our primary bathroom. I, at the time of ordering, was not sure whether I was putting in a standalone tub or a corner tub and I pictured the standalone having a floor faucet though I was unsure of their stability and look. I had not really considered a freestanding tub so I had not looked at floor faucets until after I ordered this one. Once I realized the reno on the hall bath was not going to include a tub, I knew the primary had to include one once the huge builder's heart shaped tub was removed. In a four bedroom home there has to be at least one tub presuming that there will be little ones to bathe or someone who needs to lie prone to bathe. Thus, the floorplan for the primary bath took a turn with a tub having to be drawn into the diagram. There was plenty of space but things such as cabinets, seating, and types of shower openings had to be changed. Then I started looking at tubs and realized I hated the build arounds that had to be tiled over with access panel and such. I also didn't like most stand alones because they were so high and required much acrobatics to climb in and out of. I actually had to call for help in the Kohler Store because I was stuck inside one like a turtle on its back unable to extricate myself because there was nothing to grab on to. And so my journey began to look for the perfect tub and the perfect faucet. I found both. The tub is a low boat shaped stand alone low enough in the middle to get into with a shelf on the side strong enough and thick enough for me to use to push myself up from. It also will be close enough to my wall to have grab bars for extra assistance. Then this gorgeous floor faucet arrived. I did not immediately open it because I was sure they would fall over with the effort of the wind and my attempts to get out. But after several weeks I went to a plumbing supply store and had a chit-chat. He showed me the showroom floor faucets (I wasn't impressed with any but the education was enlightening). I learned how secure they were when installed and bolted to the floor. I learned that I didn't have to be concerned that they would be easily knocked over. With the knowledge he imparted to me I went home and finally opened this floor faucet. It is absolutely what I was looking for all along. It is simple, sleek, smooth, and stunning. It is heavy and looks as gorgeous as my sink faucets. It is also packaged with care and wrapped in soft protective drawstring bags exactly like my $1202 each sink faucets by Rohl. The finish is in perfect, pristine condition because it is treated with care and there is not a flaw or scratch to be found. The pieces are metal except for the handheld sprayer jets that are rubber. This is the only negative I found. They detract in a very small way. I find that rubber on shower heads I've had do not wear well and when I clean them do not clean well. They also do not last as well as metal and why this handheld could not have been full metal is beyond me. It would have not only looked better but been much easier to wipe clean. If I can I will try to find a replacement piece for the handheld to incorporate/replace this part. Otherwise, while I have not installed this yet due to the renovations still being in the architect's hands, I know it will be a stunning show piece next to the matte black and white free standing tub. The price is ridiculous. At the plumbing store, in a name brand these are easily over $1000 and in my opinion were not as lovely. Sometimes they were just trying to be too fancy or the handles were too challenging for those of us with dexterity issues. This floor faucet at $180 is giving these others a touch run for the money. I don't exepct any issues once it is installed but should there be any concerns I will update this review. Read more

Excellent spa upgrade for the price tag!

DavidNovember 28, 2025

This faucet looks and feels way more expensive than it is. The matte black finish is clean and modern, and the whole thing has some real weight to it. Nothing feels cheap or hollow. Once it’s in, it instantly makes the tub area look like it belongs in a boutique hotel instead of a normal house. Install was straightforward if you’re even mildly handy. The base is solid, the tripod bracket keeps it from wobbling, and all the parts lined up the way they’re supposed to. No mystery leaks, no “close enough” threads, no weird adapters needed. Hot/cold lines hooked up clean and the valves feel smooth, not gritty. Flow rate is great assuming you have good pressure like I do. The hand shower is actually useful, not an afterthought: good pressure, easy to control, and perfect for rinsing the tub, washing feet, or hosing off kids/pets without turning the whole bathroom into a slip ’n slide. If you’re doing a freestanding tub and want something that looks high-end, works like it should, and doesn’t feel like a gamble from a random brand, this one is absolutely worth it. I’d buy it again without hesitation. Read more
