It's been 2 years since I bought this. But I've used this for years. Im about to get another bottle to try out again. But here is what I know: 1) The drops work really well. Better than most drops I've used for dry eyes. 2) I believe they purposefully make the dropper to fail. At some point, the dropper will no longer work due to it's poor design. I've had brand new bottles fail after 2 or 3 uses. Failing means no more drops are dispensed. You have to use plyers to squeeze out any drops ... that's how bad it is. And at 35 to 40 bucks a bottle, this is a money maker for them. I am guessing that this is the case BUT that is because the bottles are impossible to uncap. You have to cut the whole cap off to empty the bottle. NO OTHER BOTTLE of eye drops from any company work this way. NONE. So the cap had to have been engineered to fail because it's way cheaper to use a simple cap that to use this one. I'm going to put this in an old Systane Balance bottle. I would have given 5 stars but the bottle design causes a 2 star review. Read more
