These have significantly helped us declutter our cutting board drawer. They’re thin, sturdy and wash well. I like the idea of using natural wood based cutting boards that are thin and durable and easily washable. The only downside side with these is the noise they make whenever a knife blade hits the board when you are rapidly chopping veggies or onions. These are nice cutting boards. Never washed in dishwasher so not sure how they would hold up in that area. They do have weight to them but it's manageable weight, not flimsy by any means. I am using them for serving not slicing so don't know if they would hold up under knives. Read more
