But after my second baby delivered via VBAC, my husband bought this for me and I was floored by the difference in quality. The handheld bidet has such a nice nozzle and it really helps gently wash away all the post birth ick. The disposable undies are SO comfy and they’re tight and stay put while also being so stretchy and breathable. I found this set to be really helpful for postpartum recovery, and on sale it was a good value. The disposable underwear are much better fitting (in my opinion) than the mesh ones given in the hospital. The peri bottle is easier to use, too. The witch hazel wipes/inserts for placing on pads are much more practical than the circular witch hazel pads given at hospitals or sold separately in stores. They stay put better when trying to get things in place. Those, layered with the perifoam is also really useful and provides a lot of relief. My only criticism is that it didn’t come with larger/wider pads, because in the first few days, bleeding is much heavier and wide/long pads are necessary to absorb everything and keep it from becoming a mess. I would definitely purchase the set again if it were on sale, though. It’s a much better value than buying separately, and most of the products are higher quality than what’s provided in hospital.
