I have been looking for cowboy boots for quite some time. Although I love the fringe, curved top with star details as well as the pointed toe, there are some things I wish were different. The description stated to look at the size chart, but I couldn’t find any in the item details or the product photos. I even went to brand’s other models to see if they had the size chart, but I couldn’t find one. I wear 6-6.5 in shoes, so taking into account that I’d be wearing this with thicker socks rather than stockings, I got the size 6.5. Here is where it got tricky: I tried it with stockings and the right pair was fine, but putting on the left pair was a workout. After I was able put both of them on, I noticed that the left one also felt a bit smaller in the calf. The fringe length it perfect as it does not drag on the floor, but is not cut off at the ankle length. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be able to wear these with skinny jeans/pants like I was hoping, due to the calf detail, but I’m still looking forward to wearing them with leggings and midi dresses. The media could not be loaded. These are a fun statement piece but I think they freak out my husband! I might have to save them for girls night out... They fit true to size (wearing a thinner boot sock, not a thick one) and I found them to be comfortable after wearing them around the house for an hour. They also have an anti slip on the bottom so they are good for going out but not for line dancing. I would wear them with a skirt/dress or skinny jeans. The one thing that is taking me a bit to get used to is how much sound and motion the fringe has when walking. Of course it's obvious but even so, it's different when I'm the one wearing them and making the noise (I included video). But again, that's part of the charm to me! Read more
