I thought it worked great but realized that it got very hot while using it. Then I removed it to blow dry my dogs and saw that it completely melted the blower end of my blow dryer. Update! The company sent me a brand new blow dryer with the movable 360 attachment! They also suggested using a professional blow dryer and only low and medium temperatures. Very happy with my replacement. This would probably work best if you had a metal blow dryer but not sure if they even make them. Very disappointed and will send it back to the seller and hope I get a refund. Would be great if they would also send me a new blow dryer. They should include a warning in the description that states that damage to your blow dryer will most likely occur. Great idea and I loved the concept but the heat is too restrictive. I’ll look for another option but doubt that it will fit on the melted and deformed end. Read more

This product was recommended to me because I had aches in my shoulder and blow drying my hair was sometimes a challenge. Because the nozzle is so adjustable (yes 360 degrees), I can blow dry my hair without having to hold my arm over my head at weird angles. For me, it also makes my hair smoother. IT took a little bit to learn how to do it, but once I had it down, it was straightforward. I'm not a pro, I'm just a 60+ year old woman trying to still look good! Read more

This attachment moves in so many ways and allows you to concentrate the air on a specific area It’s very unique A concentrator nozzle is very important A concentrator nozzle is very important (have those people that throw them away), with out won the air is just blowing around in a crazy manner resulting in frizzy hair. The ability of this attachment to reach different angles results in a killer blowout.. As a gal with long hair, I know the struggles of tired arms when drying hair for longer periods of time. That’s why I am using this as well as giving to my friends as gifts. This is an amazingly useful product for anyone who, like me, is challenged in the art of blow-drying. Without it, I was always directing the hot air the wrong way up the hair shaft, from the tips toward the roots. With the T-360 I can create a much smoother effect, directing the air from the roots outward, and I can do this without dislocating my shoulder! It's light weight and easy to attach to the dryer, although the first time I attached it to my rather wide and snub-nosed dryer I had to soak it in hot water (the T-360, not the hair dryer!) in hot water to encourage it to stretch. Very clever invention. I love it. And I imagine that hair care professionals, who style other people's hair all day long, must find it very helpful to avoid shoulder strain and pain. Read more

I love this attachment for blow drying my hair. The attachment angles in such a way that it closes the cuticle of my hair -- which makes it straighter and shinier. The hardest part was relaxing my arms and hands. With the T-360 I don't have to raise my arms or twist my wrists to get the look I want. In addition to straighter hair, this makes it much easier on my wrists. I didn't buy this because of carpel tunnel (which I do have) BUT.... the T-360 takes the work out of the wrist and arms so either way, if you have wrist issues, OR, you just want a great attachment to work with your hair and smooth it as it dries, this is the one to buy.
