The Frontier Co-op cream of tartar is the perfect ingredient that yields perfect results each time I need to beat egg whites. The brand has awesome quality products, but I can't find them in local stores anymore so I'm happy to be able to get them on Amazon. I have used it for beating egg whites for meringue, egg cloud or PSMF bread; it highly increases the rise, stiffness and texture; the mix doesn't fall as much once baked. I have also used it successfully for beating gelatin for marshmallows. A little goes a long way, the jar lasts me a long time. Read more

I am thankful that my mom is no longer smoking she didn’t want to go to cold turkey and my sister seen a natural way for her to do that without taking medicine. This cream of tartar helped her detox from the nicotine the only thing that she didn’t like was it gave her an upset stomach but at the end of the day she is no longer smoking so glory to the heavens for little things like this on the plus side we were able to use this to make lemon meringue pie And it came out so good Read more
