First thing that attracted me to this product is that it is customizable. Very reminiscent of those hole-y shoes you can add charms to. That alone makes this tumbler unique and worth trying. Sadly, it didn’t come with charms so we’ll have to find those somewhere else as I don’t think Frost Buddy even sells them. I’ve to say, the size is quite intimidating at a whopping 40oz. I normally buy just half the size, but now I don’t have an excuse to not have enough to drink. It’s a bit too heavy for my liking, but at least it keeps my drink cold all day and up til the next morning if I put ice in. I appreciate the silicone sleeve, although it makes the lid harder to screw on or off since it goes all the way to the top of the cup. The little silicone attachment thingy that you replace the lid with to hold a separate coffee cup is another fantastic feature. Couldn’t believe it til I tried it and omg it actually works. This cup definitely has all the bells and whistles. Sure, it may be a niche product, but bottom line is that it’s good quality and it does pretty much everything it says it does. Read more

Great tumbler!! I have lots of frost buddy products and they have all been excellent. This one is no exception. I’ve had it for a night and the ice holds up over night no problem (ambient temp is around 72°f inside). I got this for keeping cold water next to my bed as I wake up thirsty sometimes. 40oz is a lot of water and I don’t expect running out and having to get up to refill. The rubber cover is a nice touch for those on the go to add some protection and possibly more insulation. I took mine off as it’s only ever staying indoors and it is hard to dry 100% with it on. The cover has drain holes all over and below, but I fear it may not drain all the water after cleaning. The straw is easy to clean. Comes apart from the lid easily and holds well to the lid when in use. My other frost buddy's came with a straw cleaning pipe brush. This one did not. No biggie. The straw pulls well and doesn’t require a-lot of suction on my part to use. The lid uses a very course thread to align the straw for righty or lefty use depending on how you screw on the lid. After some quick experimenting I’ve found the spot that lets me consistently seal the lid with the straw in the correct orientation for a right hand holder. I do wish the lid was a bit more fool proof as since it only has the 1 thread for alignment it is easy to start cross threading the lid. It doesn’t damage anything when it happens. Just annoying. On the plus side because of this threading, once you have it in properly it is 100% sealed up. I filled it to the brim and flipped it over and it didn’t seep at all. Shook it up and still solid. So no concerns of making a mess if I knock it over looking for it in the dark. The handle is solid and has no play (all my other frost buddy's with handles were the same way. These are just built really well). One thing that I find kinda pointless , but also harmless, is the storage. I’m not really sure who’s going out and putting chapstick and keys on their tumbler. You know what would have been cooler is storing a pipe cleaning snake that has a easy-to-clean, bacteria resistant material (silicone reinforced with fiber maybe?) and it stores itself in a capsule the same size as a chapstick. Or stores itself in a small container and clips to where the key holder is. Missed opportunity right there. Overall this is great and I definitely recommend it. Read more

KEEPS DRINKS COLD AND LOOKS GOOD DOING IT I picked this up for my daughter because she loves the style, and I wanted to see if the quality matched the look. It allows her to personalize it, which is a fun feature you don't see on standard mugs. From a practical standpoint, it's easy to clean, and the materials seem safe and high quality. Love love love Frost Buddy in quality and functionality. Absolutely a fantastic water bottle thats an amazing daily driver for all the hydro homies trying to stay hydrated all day. Fits in cup holder, feels great in hand, definitely doesn't leak, and if you need ice tomorrow but can only pack it yesterday, somehow it still stays?! Crazy. So for all that it's great. For their new ecosystem of their own charms... I can't jump into this. Sure charms are all the rage but theres a big bag of these things our family uses for our shoes and totes, and to have this thing not even come with any sample charms seems like a huge misstep. I don't even get to try it and have to auto buy what's supposed to be a big feature of this bottle? No thank you. I'll gladly use this waterbotle with divots daily, my family doesn't need another gotta catch em all eco system to jump into. Read more
