I originally bought one FrSara Neck Fan to test in the operating room — I now own four. These are absolute workhorses. The dual-sided air output provides consistent, strong airflow that makes long hours under lights and gowns manageable. No hair tangling, no slipping, and no noise interference during procedures. Battery life is excellent; I routinely get a full day of use without needing a recharge. The 5200mAh battery paired with fast charging is a major plus. I've used mine daily in clinical settings and it hasn't failed once. Now I’m planning to take them into a desert field training environment in place of portable AC units — they're that effective. Lightweight, durable, and genuinely cooling. An outstanding tool whether you're in a sterile OR or 110° heat. Highly recommended for healthcare professionals, outdoor workers, or anyone needing reliable personal cooling. Read more

I bought the FrSara Neck Fan mainly for outdoor walks and gardening in the summer, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with its performance. Right out of the box, the build quality felt solid and the non-slip material gives it a nice, secure grip around the neck without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. The air flow is stronger than I expected – even on the low setting, it provides noticeable cooling, and on high, it’s very effective without being too loud. I especially like that the fan blows evenly from both sides and doesn’t feel lopsided like some other neck fans I’ve tried. The 360° rotation lets me angle it exactly where I need the most airflow. Another big plus: no hair tangling! I have long hair and that’s been a problem with other fans, but this design keeps everything safe and snag-free. Battery life has also been great – I get several hours of use on a single charge (I’d estimate around 6-8 hours depending on the setting), and it recharges relatively quickly. Perfect for outdoor activities, travel, or even working from home without cranking up the AC. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a portable, quiet, and powerful cooling solution! Read more

It's a good little fan. Does what it needs to do. It doesn't feel intrusive to wear and it's super easy to operate without looking. I leave mine in the car for whenever I need it. The fan can be a bit loud on high but it's tolerable. It lasts about 6 hours. My only complaint is that there's no indication when it's fully charged. The light doesn't turn off. You have to guess if it's good to go. Next time around I'll probably choose one with that feature. Read more

I had to work in Mexico for four months... this was EASILY one of the BEST purchases I made for the entire trip. Three speeds of air kept me from passing out in the most dangerous of environments. Didn't matter how deep I was in the jungle, I could get a tiny bit of sanctuary from this neck fan at all times. I ran this thing into the ground and there's no photo you can see of me where it's not straddling my neck. It was easy to use, portable, and once it's on your neck, it's easy to forget it's there. The fan has three speeds and helped accelerate getting cool while in AC or cooler spaces. I haven't even gotten to the best part yet... the battery life. I was working 12-14 hour days and six days a week. THIS FAN NEVER DIED! Granted, I saved power when I didn't need it... but I always had it if I needed it. Didn't matter if it was hour 4 or hour 14... the fan was still working. I don't remember it dying a single time. I'd charge it every night and I had absolutely NO issues. I ended up traveling an additional 2,000 miles independently in Mexico... fan was around my neck and working whenever I needed it. I will be going back in a month and I'll be taking two brand new ones with me. ONLY CONS: If you don't like noise close to your ears, you might not like it. But if that's the case i'd argue neck fans altogether might not be for you. This thing packs a punch, especially on the highest setting. The lowest setting is pretty quiet and I'd sometimes forget it was still on while I was working. If you get a different brand, I feel the air won't work as well and cool you down. The paint also chipped off and was revealing the white base underneath... but I equate that to working in the jungle and sweating for four months! Normal wear and tear! If going to warmer climates, vacationing while doing lots of walking, working, or if your body runs hot and you just want to stay cool and comfortable... this is the product you want. Read more
GARBAGE VERY CHEAP DON'T BUY WASTE THE MONE—January 8, 2026✓ Verified purchase
I work in an operating room that tends to be very hot with a surgical gown on. I was able to wear this underneath an air blows through my neck collar and keeps me a good bit cooler. I've had them for over 2 years now and they are really great The battery lasts a long time takes a while to charge it as well but I highly recommend it. Hope it's helpful. Read more

My 4th graders were actually the ones who recommended I get myself a neck fan. I searched for a while until I had my top 4 with the most/best reviews. I ended up getting this one but now I'm wondering if I made a mistake 😔 it's not bad, this is my 3rd day using it and it works, and the battery definitely lasts a while which is a plus. But the whole idea of a neck fan I thought was that it would blow on my neck, like right below my hairline. But the only spot that air comes out of is on ear side of my cheeks. Which again, is better then nothing. But when you want to cool down, you put a cold rag on the back of your neck because it cools your whole body down. So naturally I assumed that this would fan all around. Pretty disappointed. Going to check out the other brands again and see if they all work like this one before I return or purchase a different brand. Read more
