I have searched for years to find a comfortable, well fitting bra that doesn't strangle or cut you in half. The cotton is soft and gently stretches. It hides the floppy skin under the arms that happens as some age. For years, I wore nylon but these cotton models changed my preferences. I need a larger band but many bras have massive width under arms and 5-6 hooks making them close to a straight jacket. This one is a nice compromise with only 3 hooks with reasonable arm holes for comfort. The front covers, lifts and holds the girls without strangling or wrapping them up tight. As a middle aged woman, sometimes you need a little less material to be cool. This material breathes and I'm comfortable all day. Fit is great and I bought several to make sure I have others to rotate in as they wear. So far I love them. They wash well and haven't shrunk. I'm lazy and throw them in the washer and dryer... easy wash and wear. I'm very picky about the style that I buy for the girls. Being short waisted and heavy set makes it hard to find something comfortable that fits well without compromising one of the features bras offer. No wires here and sized great to fit comfortably. Wanted to love it but it's just ok. The straps are tight and do not adjust enough. Between the shoulder strap and the armpit, it's just tight, not from wrong size but the style. Slipping into the arm area, the hole is small. The size is correct around the under breast and the cup. 3 hooks are a bit overkill, 2 would have been enough. I find too many hooks uncomfortable and itchy. I like there's no padding. It's not designed for high support. No lift, just a keep in place without sag. It's a cotton feel and very basic. Sometimes just a tee feel is all a gal needs without having their girls pushed way up under their chins. If only the straps were more adjustable I'd have given more stars. Pros: Nice soft cotton. Very well made. With all the concern over cancer chemicals in bra materials, this is a healthier option. Cons: -large seam runs right across your breast, very unattractive under any tshirt. -Its hard to tell what size you really need here. the band is not firm and really stretches. I normally wear a 40 but with this 40, its on the very tightest hook. -Thicker material would be helpful I think. Especially with the cup. Ends up not being very supportive. Maybe good if you have small breasts, ...good under baggy tops but you wont be wearing this under tighter ones. Too bad really. This could be a great bra. Come on Fruit of the Loom!
