The price of the jacket is surprisingly low, like it could cost more!! Looks like they use high quality materials for it and feel pretty comfortable doesnt feel stiff at all, Im not super tall (5'7") so I choose M and fits pretty well not too long on the sleeves and they have straps on the cuffs so it doesn't go over your hands if its too long, overall a really good Jacket that I recommend. First off, it’s an American company so get your normal size. I struggled finding a motorcycle jacket on Amazon because most of them were made in China and I didn’t know what size to get. I’m 5’ 7” and about 155lbs and I ordered a Medium. Anyways I love this thing! It’s not lime green like the pictures make it seem. It’s a hi-vis fluorescent yellow, just like my Dirtpaw Fox gloves I also bought on Amazon. I love how it’s a subtle pop of hi-vis for more road visibility and not obnoxiously loud. The material is THICK and tough and has padding in all the right places. You can remove the lining and padding for a more tailored look. There’s these zippers on the front and back where it says “Air Vent System” that you can open and close for obviously more ventilation. This thing is definitely a pressure cooker in the day. If you’re getting this for looks and remove the liner/padding, then it might not be an issue. But if you’re getting this for protection and leave everything in then keep that in mind. But I feel like if you’re not sweating in a motorcycle jacket then it’s not quality enough. There’s Velcro on the cuffs for your wrist, on the collar for your neck, and around your hips so you can customize the look and feel of the jacket. The FTX logos also look incredible. They’re also reflective which is a must for me when riding at night. I looked up the company online and they apparently sell boxing/fighting gear which I thought made it even more cool lol. Although I have thankfully not crashed yet, I feel comfortable and safe when I inevitability do. I’m a novice rider and my gear is budget friendly and all from Amazon for now until I can upgrade. But I think this jacket is a perfect entry level to moderate motorcycle jacket and you’ll be safer and more confident with it. You can’t find a better/cooler motorcycle jacket for that price I can promise you that! Edit: Not sure why the pictures have those weird patterns on the jacket. Tried 3 other jackets until I found this one. It fits well and the zip out lining makes it great for multiple seasons. I would have given it 5 stars but there is a small tear or missed seam in the lining. It’s easier to fix than look for another one. Read more
High quality jacket, very well made including the imbedded armor, runs true to size, I am 6 foot 200 pounds X-Large fits perfectly. The green matches Kawasaki green almost perfect. Jacket is as good as one costing 3 times the price. I highly recommend. Read more
I'm very pleased with this purchase. I've been shopping for a summer motorcycle jacket for weeks and could not decide. I usually shop at Cycle Gear, but prices range from $150 to $1000 and I have already spent hundreds on winter gear. I decided to look what Amazon had to offer and I was surprised with the prices. I decided to purchase this jacket knowing that it could be a cheap piece of junk. Well it's not. I love the fit and the ventilation zippers. I don't know how long it will last, but I have no reason to think it will be as good as some that are triple the price. Read more
The sizing runs small. This isn't the seller's fault, but in general there doesn't seem to be a sizer that takes into account of someone being "built strong"? I've been a XXL most of my life. This jacket, with the liner taken out, fits me boy band snug. It didn't grant me any range of motion. It was tight through my shoulders and under arm. I could zip it up but not move in it. I'm 6ft tall 235 and strong for my size. The jacket quality however seems good. If you have a regular frame with minimal muscle mass it may be true to sizing for you. Read more
Jacket appears well made and looks great. I originally ordered my usual size of XL but it was too small so XXL fit better. Fit was comfortably snug and sleeves were a bit longer which was welcomed. Has some protection in the right places but not the same quality as a much pricier product. but for me, it's all totally adequate. Took over two weeks to be delivered which seemed like a long time to me but happy when it arrived. Read more
Bought it in fluorescent yellow but it looks more green to me then yellow. But color aside the jacket in large fits me nice and snug. Padded where it needs to be and the air vents help with the warmer weather. The liner in side keeps you warm during those night rides or in chilly weather. I really like the fit and looks of it. To bad it the color is off from my yellow helmet but all and all it's a great jacket for the price. The one it grey looks good as well. Will be purhasing a couple more for the additional riders in the house. Read more
