This masks seemingly pre-used, it arrived with a broken sealing that was tempered and disturbed. Otherwise it seems new. This is a really good eye mask so far, it gets hot enough to help relieve sinus problems and to help relax at night time. My primary reason for getting it was to complement my eye massager that does not get hot enough. Really good eye care investment. Read more

I took off 1 star for this because i find the chirping bird noises annoying and very irritating. The directions did not say how to turn that noise off, so if you are reading my review, all you need to do is just tap the Bluetooth button and that stopped it. Thank Goodness! If i had to listen to that annoying chirping bird noise, i would have returned this. However, the eye massaging with the heat works great and you know it works good because i fall asleep just about every time i use it. I have tried a lot of various eye massagers and in my honest opinion, i think that these ones are really the best. These massagers are light and not nearly as heavy as other models that hurt your head. So if you are reading my review, i would probably just look for a sale on here, which happens quite frequently. But i do not think you will be disappointed, just turn that chirping bird noise off. Its supposed to relax you, but its more like nails on a chalkboard with me. I think the directions could be better and explain things more. Read more

The product itself is fine, the rating is primarily based on their false claims on it being fsa eligible. It was denied and I require a LMN to get reimbursed. If it were true then 5 stars Read more

I have tried many different eye massaging devices and I have to say this has been the most unique one. I have not used another product like this one yet to date as most of the ones I've used inflate air and don't have an area to see through. It comes with a USB-C charger and a very soft fabric bag to hold it. It has a very sleek design and a much thinner profile than other massaging devices that I have used. And another unique factor has going for it is that it does contain two holes so you could actually see while wearing this device which none of that are devices I've tried to date have even tried. Of course they are small areas, however, it is covered with the screen in front, which does make it a little bit darker, however, can still see relatively OK enough to do certain things such as look at TV or phone if needed. However, given that the lens are dark I do think the overall design is that I don't do much while wearing it anyways but it is nice that they still allow us to move around with it. Additionally, another unique factor of this is that it does have multiple little nodules on it, which individually vibrates. They can be pressed in somewhat by the face with no problem. This way it does not put too much pressure if you press too tightly. Important to note that they primarily vibrate rather than move in and out. The mask itself does fold in half to an extent, however, it does want to bounce back open. It does include some heating function on the nodules as well. The heat actually works pretty decently and takes probably about a minute to fully heat up, actually quite comfortable, especially given that the nodule design lets the skin breathe a little bit rather than being suffocated. Vibration is actually quite nice especially with the different modes on how it works. There is a button that allows connection to Bluetooth as well as to turn the sound on and off. I found that the sounds were a little bit more jarring so I kept it off. Read more

Takes a little getting used to, having something over your eyes kneeding your face. It works great though, very relaxing to sit back and tune out for a while. I get eyestrain and migraines on occasion, this has been really effective in getting relief. Read more

This one took me a few uses to get used to. It's quite relaxing even though the noise level is higher than I thought it would be. At first it was a bit off-putting, but now I find the rhythmic noises and vibration add to my relaxation. There's a decent selection of massage patterns to pick from as well as different heat levels. The nature sounds are surprisingly good (I thought they'd be corny) and the ability to Bluetooth to my phone is GREAT! I took a star for the fit but added it back bc of the Bluetooth. The fit is good but not perfect - but that will differ from person to person. I feel like the strap is too close to the top of my ears to get completely comfortable. The controls are easy to use and there is a voice cue every time a setting is changed so you know where you are. I really like the fact that I can still see via the shaded eye holes if I need to - being totally blacked out can be a drawback sometimes. I think the price point is a tad high, but this thing works great and would recommend to others. Read more

This is an interesting and unique device. It is a face/eye massager with heating and Bluetooth music connection. The device has small tented lens that somewhat let you see your surroundings but it's no clear enough for doing a lot, rather just allows you to see enough to not feel the need to take if off if you're talking to someone or need to walk around the house. There are several massage patterns to choose from and you can turn the heat on and off. Three buttons on the front allow you to control the settings. As for the value, I don't have anything to compare this to but it does work as described. So, if you're looking for an eye massage it's worth trying to see how much it helps with your needs. I think it's an interesting feeling and I'll probably use it every now and then while chilling and listening to some music. Read more
