Hideous but exactly what I was looking for. I was looking at Big Blankets and thought there had to be something more affordable. (~$70 for the same thing ON SALE). This is thick and fluffy. Maybe it won’t weather the same washings as the more expensive options. This is perfect for my needs, something long enough to curl up and be comfy cozy on nights in. Details on fit; hood fits large and could be good for flopping over eyes (sort of mimicking the BBCo built in eye mask). Length is mid-calf. No tapering, the body is tube-shaped. The kangaroo and phone pockets are nice, large, and good for doubling up the sleeves to keep hands extra warm. Sleeves are on the longer side so the elastic cuffs are a nice touch for practicality. Generally I would absolutely recommend with only the slight reservation that the inner lining is Sherpa-like and so may flatten and get unpleasant after several washings/wears. Every day, I can't wait to get home and get into this! It is warm, comfortable, soft, and the pocket is a major plus because I keep the remote and my cell phones in it while watching tv. Well worth the price, it is long enough to cover my feet while sitting down, comes almost to my ankles when standing. The color is exactly what was shown and after I washed it(in cold water and low heat setting in the dryer) and it didn't shrink nor shed. This is super soft and super warm. I was afraid it wouldn’t be as warm as some of the other ones that show fleece sticking out of the hood, but it has fleece, it’s just the same color as the outside. I am 5’3.5” and it comes down to about halfway between my knees and ankles, which is pretty perfect actually. The pocket is not too low and the little pocket in the front is very convenient for things like your cell phone and other stuff. I just washed and dried it in my machines, and it is, if possible, even fluffier and softer than it was before I washed it.
