slowly moves
While they say it will work great on smooth (on hardwood) surfaces it does walk as the chair rolls across it. After 2 weeks mine has moved a couple inches. Not a big deal. It laid out well and is almost invisible, which is great. For the price I would purchase again. 10 month update - Mat is still in great shape. Gets several hours of use per day. It still walks around, so have to reposition it once every week or so. Lays flat and easy to move around on. Still 4 stars because it just wont stay where I put it. Read more
An OK rug/floor protector
Sturdy, strong, durable, large. It is all of this and more. I don't like that it doesn't have the little pokey things to hold it in place and so it crawls all over the place. I don't recall if it said that it didn't have the pokey things so I can't say itade an impression but I wouldn't it again because they are not there. Read more
Great mat for my Art Studio!
Great mat but certainly a challenge to unroll. I put it in the sun, but it remained rigid feeling. Then I used a large heating pad with a heavy box on top and slid that around to each section as I “ironed out” the whole mat using that method. Now it looks almost invisible on my wood floor and the edges are nicely flat. Very satisfied with this purchase! Read more

Very sturdy Chair Mat
We purchased a very flimsy chair mat which did not work and replaced it with this mat. We previously had to repair our hardwood floors after my husband accidentally scraped the floor with his chair wheel. This mat is not totally sheer, but we don't care about that. It is sturdy and large and has totally protected the floor no matter how much he rolls around on it. We had one like this before and it lasted for years. Read more
