TDLR : great product for active , heavy dogs, great counter for biters , great for kennels, can be used with the peg legs or without them as the border still elevates the bed a few inches above the ground. so this is the 3rd type of dog bed i have gotten in this "raised" style, due to my dogs having a thick coat these Raised / elevated design are more comfortable for them as it gives them the comfort of a bed but the design allows their excess body heat to "vent off" and prevents them from overheating, with the old school ground beds they would constantly get on and off the beds, as they got hot they would get off and seek shade for a while then return back. when i moved to the raised design i bought a 3rd party than the amazon basic , in previous cases i got a massive 48 to 52 inch bed ( large or X Large size, size dimension might be bigger) and a medium which was around 36 inch size ( think this was the "length" size ) so the previous ones were good intially but with wear and tear they gradually gave way, the bolts held in place with bolts and plastic plugs, these overtime give way and the legs give out making it collapse , the problem was my dogs, they are on the heavy side and their activity level is very active they would run onto the bed and launch themselves off guess this added more side to side movement that weakened the body / support of the beds, also while my dogs did not chew the previous dog beds were open and exposed for biters to chew on. Now enough of the Competition, on to the Performance of this Product!!! This bed allows you to use it in in one of two methods , with the peg legs that raises the bed frame about 6 to 8 inches off the ground, without the peg legs you can put the rubber plugs on the screw slots, and place the frame on the floor, this leaves the frame about 2 to 4 inches above the ground, this can also be placed in a kennel to keep your pup off the kennel bottom and support their body. as stated above my dogs are active and on the heavy side, ( 70 lbs , 89, 63 ) they love to share the bed and they love to use it as a jumpspring when they have their zoomies , rubber grips on the pegs greatly reduce the distance the bed travels when they launch off it, and their tackle leaps they do onto the bed still has not worn down the bed, still holding strong. Bite resistance - now while my Dogs do not have any chewing issues i can note that this beds design has a metal border around supporting the bed denying any attempt at chewing on the bed, only way i see this might get damaged is if you have a dog who loves to "dig" and they decide to dig on the beds fabric, they might wear it down but not a design flaw only so much you can do. Overall this products prices & quality speaks for itself and is wellworth it have had this for roughly 4 months (will update the owning length if i am wrong or drop the date i started using it) i think this will be a great product for the average and more light extreme levels of dogs... you would really have to abuse this thing or have a very destructive dog to ruin this item Cleaning - fairly easy to clean, i used dawn soap, and brush to scrub and a hose or pressure washer with a 40* tip (like the soft wide fan nozzle) , also dries up pretty fast on a sunny day (again my dogs are well behaved but they are on the "heavy" sided as far as city folk go i know people out in Rural areas do have heavier dogs weighing pass +100 LBS, they are active though so i am only speaking to my experience , might vary for others.) Great bed,my dog doesn’t like to sit on it without anything else,but I put her another bed on the top and she sleeps there well. The idea was to elevate her bed in the balcony because when it’s raining the bed becomes soaked wet underneath. Now it’s dry. I loved the quality,it’s big and sturdy. My husky doesn’t chew but it looks very reliable so I think the dog can’t easily chew it. Great product to be honest!! Assembly was super easy! Read more

I have large breed Cane Corsos. 9 of them. I have been replacing beds like crazy. Besides the, unfortunately, fabric not lasting on most of their previous beds, the frames bend under their weight and the legs break off. All of the previous beds quote large weight handling and have an extra leg in the middle that is supposed to be heavy duty. I have found myself making new wooden frames to get some extra life out of these other beds. With my past experiences and having to replace beds often, I thought I would try these Titan beds. They seemed well made and sturdy. I'm so glad I did. I now have 3 and plan to replace all my beds with these. The frame is thick and sturdy as are the screw on legs. No bending of the frame under my 145lb dogs. No legs breaking off. I do have to hand tighten some of the legs from time to time so I check them while cleaning under them. The fabric is nice as it allows a breeze to give a cooling effect. It has so far held up nicely too. No holes or thinning areas. Easy to spray off with the hose (no rusting) or an easy wipedown. The metal frame around the edges keep dogs/puppies from chewing. I love the long and wide beds they offer that actually fit large dogs. My dogs love these beds too. They get on there two at a time and wrestle and still no bending at all. The fabric snaps back with no permanent sagging. The beds look great and so far are holding up to these monsters. TL;DR : dog loves it and sleeps throughout the night. Nothing to chew due to the clever design. A game changer for first time dog owner like myself. We have a 7 months old lab puppy that like to chew and chew, if she’s able to get a tear she will work her way through and eventually start EATING. After a recent scare where she ate some of her bed sheet (fortunately she was able to pass it on her own after a whole day of throwing up) I decided something had to be done. The only suitable bed is designed similar to this one and there are only a couple of brands that sells this design where nothing can be chewed is visible. I decided to purchase this one due to the positive reviews and the fact it arrives the fastest. The quality is impressive, even the removable legs (no tool, hand screw) is nice and heavy gauge aluminum. The finish is also top notch, assembly is super easy basically open it and screw on the optional legs and you are good to go. Fits in the crate snug and I can take it out diagonally if I need to clean it. As an added bonus, the mesh fabric filters out hairs and dusts leaving it in the crate pan, keeping the bed somewhat free from shedded furs. My dog is about 45 lbs at the time of the picture and kinda feels like she’s sleeping in a trampoline. It does sag a bit and I hope the fabric can hold over time (only had it for 4 days). Worst case scenario I can replace the fabric, which I believe is possible by taking the bed apart. Best part, my dog loves sleeping in her crate now, I believe it is more comfortable than the thin mat (which she chewed) we had before and miles above the hard crate pan. Bottom line I would recommend if your dog chews. The price tag is a bit more than conventional dog beds but we all know the vet bill costs more. Not to mention the added stress. This was well worth the money. It's sturdy, well made. Assembly only required attaching the legs. My german sheperd, 90lb puppy, can't chew the edges unlike his previous bed! Win, win.. Read more
