The case is great, the outside is an oil magnet so it’ll get a bit dirty quickly. The inside is nice since it is made from a soft material so it wont scratch the console at all if you choose not to use the included clear case. It also has a small pocket to include the charging cable and small accessories. The clear case is good. When it comes in its wrapped in clear film plastic. Had a hard time fitting it on since the bottom right of the controller part wouldnt click. Was able to get it in by inserting that side first and clicking it down. Its secured but theres a gap that i can push in. Comes with some rings to hold your joysticks in place but those are too think and a bit hard to place on without feeling like itll break the sticks. It included two screen protectors with some alcohol wipes (mine were dried out), dust remover and alignment stickers. I absolutely love this case and the included plastic shell! It fits my Portal snugly and offers excellent protection, both at home and on the go. A standout feature is the inclusion of two joystick rings — a clever addition that prevents the sticks from being pressed down when the case is closed. If I had to point out one small improvement (and it's a minor one), I do wish the handles on the plastic shell had a silicone grip for a bit more comfort and control. So far, product works as intended. I received the carrying case and all pieces with no issues to the packaging or materials within. It came with the carrying case, shell for the PlayStation Portal, 2 screen protectors and two joystick covers. The carrying case is very durable and the Portal fits perfectly in the case(while Portal has shell on it). The screen protector was a perfect fit and great knowing I have a back up just in case. The shell for the portal itself is very sturdy and the portal fits very secure. The shell provides a huge sense of comfort knowing I can hold the portal with one hand and I’m not putting stress on the portals controller. The joy stick guards I do not use. When placed on the joy sticks, the guards force the joy sticks down and lock them in place. To avoid potential issues with stick drift I leave them off. Had an issue with hard shell. Amazon just sent me a replacement. I'm going to assume the new shell will work. I am very happy with the screen protectors. I love how the case has indentations for the analog controllers. They also give you 2 little donuts to put over the analog to keep them from moving. The outside of the case is very rugged. If this hit the floor wouldnt be to worried about it. Case does a great job of securing the portal in its place. The hard shell was the only issue I had. The bottom left side wouldn't click together. The right side felt great. Very sturdy and protected. If the replacement is also defective I will change my review. If the review stays at 5 stars the replacement was perfect and I am happy with everything. Read more
