COULD PULL WITH MY PINKIES! NO RESISTANCE AT ALL!
I was super excited to get these in and couldn't wait to use them however i was completely disappointed to realize these had NO resistance in them at all!! I could pull them with my pinkies on top of which my 3 yr old could pull them!! That was ridiculous, least to say these went back! Read more

Lots of ways you can use this thing which is awesome!!! The price was great. Very versatile in movements you can do. I am not very strong in my arms and these have just the right amount of resistance for me. Very easy to use and I actually like that the handles are not straight hard handles with grips. They flex with your hand which is nice. I’ve stretched them out pretty far and they don’t snap or anything. And they don’t take up a whole lot of room to store. Read more
