These shorts are great! They are exactly as described, they are high-waisted, have pockets, great length and fit perfectly. I got them for playing pickleball and my aerobics class. They would also be great for walking and golfing. They are very lightweight which is what I wanted. I think they look nice enough that I can wear them anywhere. Got these shorts just to hang out at home. I didn’t want regular bike shorts and wanted something that was not super fitted on the lower thigh. I am happy with this product. I sized up to an xl (I am a 14 regularly) The waist is pretty high but is comfortable. The shorts are not too tight on the waist or legs and are very soft to the touch. The material is thick and stretchy and soft, and the length is good, but the waist and stomach fit more snuggly, like bike shorts, snug and clingy around the middle and buttocks. I wanted dress shorts that were a little more loosely hanging and drapey throughout, including across the rear end so I could wear them as dress shorts with a shorter top. Since the top fits more like tight fitting bike shorts, and also across the butt, more like gym shorts, or yoga pants, I feel like I may have to wear them with a longer tunic length top instead, to wear them outside the house. I probably will keep them, because they will be comfortable for wearing around the house but are a little less dressy than I wanted for outside attire. Also, there is a small round design logo near one of the front pockets, and that also makes them look a little more like workout wear than dress shorts. Read more

These shorts are the perfect length for anyone who doesn’t want a lot of thigh showing. But not so long that they get caught on your knee when kneeling or sitting. Wider waist band is comfortable. Great shorts! I purchased 2 pair and am very happy with them. I love that they have front pockets and back pockets. Pockets are necessary. They fit well! They go to your knees. I am 5’3, weigh 135 lbs., and purchased size Medium, and they fit perfectly. True to size. They look very nice, and you can wear them casually or dress them up with a fancier top.
