Fits me perfectly, comfortable, and light weight feel to them. Have not used yet in water but they are made well and of nice material. I would feel comfortable using for swimming and sports and summer backyard parties. They are comfortable, stretchy and well made. Nice color. Size: Large Color: Blue These shorts fit me great, full coverage in the front and back, and very comfortable. For reference, my hips are 43” and my waist is 30”. I bought these shorts to use for casual water activities like kayaking and tubing, and they’re perfect for that. I wouldn’t wear them for swimming since they’re not tight fitting. The extra room in the fabric would create some drag in the water, which is not ideal when you want to actually swim. Read more
The swim shorts are nicely made and I loved the zippered pockets! However, they are much more "clingy" than my other board shorts, more like bike shorts, around the tummy & hips. The high waist was way too high and rolled down! If you're curvy, look elsewhere. The waist fit me size-wise as expected, but to get a more loose look one would need to go up two sizes. I think these would look flattering on those with flat tummies. I returned the pair I received. Also, the navy is NOT navy! A pretty shade of blue, but no where near navy. Read more

Bought these for my visit to Oahu and so glad I did. The aqua color is beautiful. Craftsmanship outstanding. Did NOT ride up my rear nor did it need to be adjusted constantly. Check out the pockets that are deep enough to hold my phone and the pockets have ZIPPERS! I was able to tuck my phone into the pocket and zip it up. This enabled me to play in the sand with granddaughter and look for interesting stuff as we walked the shore. Car keys fit and cards too. I didn’t need a purse. Everything safe and secure. These shorts dry really fast. I’m 68 years old and the length was perfect. I bought a medium and am 5’2” and just under 130lbs. Hands down, I would buy again. Warmest Aloha. Read more

Very thin material, which would probably be OK in the darker colors, but I ordered the aqua, and you can CLEARLY see the white liner through the shorts. Not OK. If the liner was a nude it may have been better. I wanted these because of the zippered pockets, but that liner look killed the deal. Found their "Swimming Beach Shorts with Liner Pockets," which have a long-legged liner (with a pocket, shorts themselves have 2 non-zippered pockets) - they are thin also, but with the longer liner the look and comfort level is far superior. Excellent! I purchased these shorts for a one-time swim opportunity in Turkey and they were perfect. I normally wear a size 10 or large but medium was recommended so I got them. They are thin so they packed perfectly and they dried quickly after a dip in the chilly Agean Sea. They looked great and were longer so they covered a lot of my blinding white, not tan skin! I'll totally be wearing them this summer as the length and fit were great. Read more
