So the pocket size is really nice I like that the shorts are lightweight the quality is nice I think around the belly area they're too stretchy I found them falling down a lot and this was a constant fidget for me but around the legs and everything like that the stretchiness was good it's just around the belly area where you're supposed to have your pants stay on you these were constantly coming down it wasn't because of the size it was the fabric that they used around the waist although it was comfortable it wasn't supportive to stay in place I do like the design though it could be that my tummy is a little bit bigger but I really like the the over the belly a little bit more rather than just riding just under it and I think that that's part of the downfall with I wasn't liking that it didn't go up high enough on my belly and if it went higher up it would cover the whole belly in which case it would be a different style of shorts so it's just I think it's the style they did have the built-in brief which is very very comfortable and kept me nice and cool there are some nice aspects of it so I think it's either between three stars or four stars I'm not sure where I'm going to leave it at the end of this review you'll find out I do love the color. I think at the end of all this I think I'm just going to leave it at 4 stars cuz they're not terrible shorts they're just not for me I do have short arm short legs and a long body so this is where my problem is as I'm petite to begin with and when you start putting something that's maybe for like a taller shorter body type of person and longer legs maybe that's where the the problem is with these shorts and they're just not as delightful as I thought they would be but there's many aspects of these that that are great they're lightweight the fit is great you know wonderful stretchiness a little bit too stretchy in some places quality material Read more

I wasn't sure how these shorts would look because the marketing image makes it look like they are really long and skirt like. When they arrived I was happy to see that they look like regular athletic shorts but with the softer waistline for an expanding belly. I ordered several pieces from this brand before so I knew I liked the quality. The shorts are a lightweight and very comfortable. They're kind of loose and flowy on the outside with kind of a bike short underneath. The waistline is wide and in a V shape. It's very comfortable whether you're pregnant or not. I happen to have an apple shape so the non-constricting nature of the waistline was very much appreciated. The shorts are stretchy and I don't often order red but I'm glad I did because that pop of color is nice and I just got some multicolored sandals that actually match the shorts perfectly.
