This bag is awesome. It is so lightweight and easy to carry around and the straps are very comfortable on my shoulders. I just took this bag on a 5 day trip to New York City and it was perfect. It is bigger than I like to carry around all day, but at the same time, it fits everything I need a more. I kept all my essentials plus a bottle of water, small items I picked up along the way, and things my kids asked me to carry. The bag is very lightweight but of course when you add all those items, it gets heavy so at times I did rest it in my hand to lighten it on my shoulder for a while. I love all the outside pockets! I kept my phone easily accessible in the main one and my transit card, hotel key card, and credit cards in the other zipperd ones. The inside has smaller pockets for easilly accessible items like chapstick, keys, cash...whatever you want to keep separate. The bag is well made and I had no issues with snags or stuck zippers but I have two minor nit-picks: It seems like with added weight, the strap slides a bit over time to get longer. It's really easy to adjust the length, which is probably why. Second thing is when opened all the way, the zipper on the main compartment opens too far and you have to sort of dig it out because the tab with the zipper is longer than the top. That's the way most bags are and it's a personal annoyance but not a big deal at all. It does allow you to open the bag wider that way. This bag is too big for daily use for me personally but that's just a preference. It will be my go-to travel bag. Read more
