This chair is fantastic, especially for the price I paid. I started working from home about seven months ago and quickly realized how uncomfortable my home office chair was, but I kept using it because I didn't want to spend money to replace something that worked. Over time I realized how poor my posture was becoming and how much my back hurt at the end of the day. So, my quest began to find a reasonably priced ergonomic office chair. It didn't take long to find exactly what I was looking for on Amazon. I read the reviews for several different chairs and decided on this one. Shipping was quick and assembly time was right around 40 minutes. While it wasn't difficult, I like to make sure I follow the instructions carefully and take my time. The instructions were in English and were very straight forward, so I had zero issues putting it together. I have been using the chair now a couple of days and couldn't be happier. It is extremely comfortable and there are many adjustment options to tweak it to find that perfect setting. The leg rest is okay but I can't see myself using it if I am being quite honest. One nice thing about the leg rest is that you can fold it under the chair and out of the way, like it isn't even there. The chair looks great and the size is perfect for me. I am 5'11" and weigh 175lbs. Everything about it is great quality and has been engineered very well. Even the packaging is top notch. If you are looking for a comfy office chair then you should really give this model a shot. Read more

I have significant neck and lower back issues related to degenerating discs. I recently took a new job which landed me back in an office away from my expensive, high-end office chair at home. When my new company offered to purchase a more ergonomic and comfortable chair for my office, my budget was not expansive enough for the name brand I have at home. My search landed on this Gabrylly economic office chair as a fair compromise. It turns out this chair has been FAR more than a compromise. My Gabrylly chair is not missing any of the comfort and back support I have in my chair at home. While there are fewer adjustment options on the Gabrylly, it has what I consider to be a core set of adjustment options: height, recline tension, recline lock, arm rest height, arm rest extension, and arm rest angle. The head rest is also adjustable in height and angle. The foot rest is a nice added feature. Initially, I didn't think I'd need it, but it actually is saving my under-desk garbage can from being deformed and my Ethernet connection from getting knocked out whenever I want to stretch my legs during a marathon Zoom or Teams call. It assembled fairly easily - they even tell you how to use the shipping box to help during assembly. I was able to do it in my office with the included t-handle hex tool. I did run into a slight issue with the gas rod. I reached out to Gabrylly support by email and received a quick and courteous response from Cayla. A new part was shipped immediately and arrived in two business days. I was incredibly impressed with Cayla's friendly response and follow-up throughout the process. It's good to know that, while I hope to never need support again, I'll be able to count on them if I do. I'm pretty happy with the build quality. It's too soon to comment on longevity, but I feel confident this chair will last. It's comparable to my chair at home, and at >$500 less expensive, I'm extremely impressed with the comfort and quality. I did purchase an aftermarket set of rubber rollerblade style chair casters, but I have those on my chair at home as well. (I've yet to find a set of stock casters that compare.) That being said, the chair is comparable to the higher end office chairs out there. In conclusion, I highly recommend this chair. It looks sharp, goes together easily, has great build quality, and most importantly, has the functions I need to help with my lower back and neck pain. Thank you, Gabrylly for an affordable, awesome chair! Read more

This chair has met or exceeded all my expectations, especially given the price. The quality of packing was the first positive indicator - every part was carefully wrapped and protected to ensure it made the journey undamaged/unblemished. Assembly was straightforward using the fairly clear directions, though I do recommend having an extra pair of hands when attaching the seat assembly to the piston if possible. Once assembled the chair is rock-solid and sturdy, with a premium feel which in my opinion exceeds the asking price. It must be noted I used this chair as a base for a drafting chair project, in which I used a different drafting chair-height piston and foot ring, so I cannot attest to the quality of the original piston (though it looks fine). My only complaint build quality-wise is the headrest feels a bit wobbly when adjusted, but in practice I don't notice it, so I won't dock the rating. I contacted Gabrylly and they kindly sent a replacement headrest, which was certainly appreciated. It has the same "wobbliness", so I think it's safe to say this is a design decision rather than a single faulty unit. Still, it's hardly enough to keep me from recommending this chair. I work as a store manager for a retail pet supply company and the chair my predecessor left behind was, let's say, lacking. This chair is the replacement, and during a month of use has been flawless. The adjustable seat depth was crucial in my choosing this chair, as well as the lack of "3D" adjustable arm rests which in theory seem nice but, in my experience, wobble/change positions when unwanted and become an annoyance. I find the chair back has a very natural curve which provides some lumbar support but nothing too aggressive. If you feel more aggressive support is needed Gabrylly will kindly send you a good quality lumbar pillow (or rollerblade style wheels, you can choose one "bonus item/gift") which fits seamlessly into the chair. Another gesture of strong customer service/support I appreciate. The tilt function has a good default tension level giving enough resistance to not feel unsupportive but not so much that leaning back requires too much force. I do wish this chair had adjustable tilt tension, such as the under-seat adjustment knob many others do. Finding a chair with tilt tension, seat depth adjustment, and no wobbly weird "3D/4D" arm rests seemed impossible, at least for me, so I don't fault Gabrylly too much for this. Still, if a 2nd version had this feature, it would be much appreciated. In general, I really don't have any major criticisms of this chair. Its price does seem to fluctuate fairly often, at least as of early 2025, so do keep an eye for coupons/sales if it's a purchase you're seriously considering. If you're looking for a solid office chair with quality parts and customer support which is seemingly solid (time will truly be the test for this), I can fully recommend this chair. Read more
