I’m 5’6” 135 lbs 34c and bought both a small and medium. I like my sweatshirts to be oversized and loose around the hips and buttocks to wear with leggings. Lovely sweater! I’m 151-155 lbs and 5’7 but bought the xl for the super oversized trendy/rich look (the way the girl looks in the product photo) so I could wear it with leggings and it would cover my butt. It does just that. It also is spacious enough in the arms to layer shirts under. I originally bought the large but felt it was too tight when pulling it over. Red color is super soft inside and I love the high color and silver buttons. Taking off a star because it does not have pockets and I feel like you totally miss them with something this oversized.
