Exactly what I was looking for! It’s not an overly expensive bag but who can tell? I love the color, the picture is true to the color. The zippers are fairly thick and I’m not worried of breaking them. It appears to be durable but I’ve only had it for a short period. But in that time it’s been on the floor, got stuck in a folding chair and had some water spilled on it with no lasting effects 🩷 I love the size and so far I’ve carried my 12 inch iPad as well as a notebook. But when I take them out it folds in and I like that because it’s not wide open for the world to see. The handle is a nice thickness for holding in the crick of my arm, in my hand or on my shoulder. I really like the bag. It doesn’t look like it can take much but it does. I holds my 14inch MacBook Pro with a thick protective Fintie case; my 12in iPad Pro also with UAG case; textbook; Anker power bank (25,000mAh); and chargers in a pouch. And it zips close without it coming out the seams, even with all that in it. You just have to be a little strategic with how you fit everything. I often carry my laptop, iPad, power bank charger and miscellaneous stuff. The way it’s designed with straps continuously connecting at the bottom is not only for style but durability. Even with all the stuff I carry it feels comfortable when I swing it on my back. The color I love! Im a sucker for gold zippers & detailing without it looking over top just simple and chic. The pockets could be a lil better but not even an issue with all that the bag fits and how it looks. I don’t know why it’s frequently returned, it’s a great bucket style tote. This bag is absolutely perfect. I always wanted to carry a bag like this for school instead of a backpack but other bags always hurt my shoulder. This bag doesn’t hurt, even with my laptop in it! It looks super sleek and clean and the storage capacity is huge without being bulky. This was an awesome college bag that I ended up loving for daily use.
