The media could not be loaded. This is an update review. I contacted Amazon and they sent me another oven the next day. This second microwave, airfryer and oven came complete and with no dents. So far the microwave and the airfryer works good. I deleted the old photos since this is a new microwave. Old review, This microwave/ oven/ airfryer came dente on the back left side, I figured ok you cannot see that. Then while trying to screw on top in the top cabinet, the holes are not aline equally. Then there is the dent inside by the right side, with a strange clip sticking out, not sure what for. Next thing, the door is closed but the light inside stays on. I have to keep opening and close it until it turns off. There's definitely a problem because when I tried to use the oven, micro, air, it says close door and press start. I have to close this door multiple times to make it work. Then which the cooking airfry or microwave programing, that is another challenge. Appliances are to help in the kitchen not spent hours trying to make something easy to cook. Moreover, it didn't come with the manual or certificate of warranty, and the grease screen also missing. Read the reviews for this Microwave/Convection/air Fry combination oven and disregarded them. I should have listened. This unit was even worse than the reviews stated. I installed this unit (the only positive was that the unit was fairly easy to install and the template was close to being accurate), and really wanted to like it. We tried out all of the cooking options and were not satisfied or impressed with ANYTHING about this oven. It took twice as long to heat up anything (preheat said it was up to temperature after 30 minutes of preheating, but it must have been referring to the outside oven temp, because the inside was barely warm) in the microwave, convection preheat never achieved or even came close to getting to temperature and the air fry mode barely got warm. None of the food that we prepared even looked appetizing, it looked not even half done and there wasn’t even a hint of browning. However, the outside of the unit got hot, but hardly anything inside got hot (I vented it outside, instead of recirculating). It was noisy and sounded like it was going to come apart. The turntable only ran about half the time. The unit was packaged very well, and their wasn’t any outward appearance that the unit had been damaged. It just plain didn’t work. We replaced it with a Kitchenaid microwave/convection oven and it’s working perfectly and vents outside perfectly. Food looks appetizing and brown. The Kitchenaid preheats in less than 15 minutes and cooks quick. This Galanz just made me do a look of work and re-work. Ended up costing me a lot more money, because I had to install 2 different ovens. The money would have been better spent going with a better rated oven to begin with. it works really good it heats up my coffee and food real quick so no problems there. The door is manual so when you close the door it sounds like the plastic is going to break something, its not a smooth closing door. It looks really nice. Just the description is wrong it dosn't come with the Steam function its more scaled down version of the one in the picture. in Engineering the Simple the better it will last longer less parts to break. except for the sound when you close the door of the Microwave. They need to work on that. Its a good price thats why I got it. Its replacing a 800 dollar Kitchen Aid low profile. It gets the job done now lets see how long it lasts. The filters for the vent hood are very hard to find you have to go though them to get them and they are over 40 bucks so be aware. If I knew that I would have gone with the Samsung where you can get the filters much easyer. Read more

I’ve had this product for over two years and it has worked wonderfully. It was easy to install and has been remarkable in all the ways it can prepare food. However, there is one small flaw, the door latch. At some point, the door latch broke and since then we have to hold the door sometimes in order for the microwave to stay on. Purchased 2 years ago. The door is malfunctioning and I contacted Galanz to be told that the product is no longer under warranty and I am on my own. They did not even want to help me find a repair company in my zip code. Terrible service. Won’t recommend. Read more

Microwave box came damaged, minor damage to the microwave itself. After installing, the Air Fry feature, which was a key selling point DOESN’T even work… our crappy INSIGNIA air fryer blows this thing out of the water! 30 min for French fries with this??? Are you kidding me?? After 4 weeks of use, the inside light went out…. Then 2 days later, the microwave stopped working all together. I put a potato in for 6 MINUTES and it was still COLD - put it back in for Another 6 MINUTES - Still COLD! We paid top dollar for this expecting a quality, universal cooking appliance, just to get a useless piece of garbage!! Very disappointed with this, and then we find out that it’s Not Eligible For Return!!! WTF!?! Unreal!!! Amazon better step in a make this right! BUYER BEWARE!!
