Amazon won't help with known item defect
Disc 3 was not playable. This is a known problem and warner bros says to contact seller. Amazon is refusing to help because it is outside my return window. The item is still offered and shown with limited quantity. I am trying for a replacement and getting nowhere. Update: Amazon supervisor gave me a courtesy credit. I am very pleased. I still need to repurchase the set and the credit can't be applied because it's not a sold by Amazon offer. I'm changing the review from 1 to 4 stars. Read more
