Gaming Glasses Blue Light Blocking Glasses Jewel Tortoise by Gunnar 65 Blue Light Protection 100 UV Light Anti-Reflective

I am a hardcore gamer and play video games late into the night. I do use the night mode setting on my computer but there is still eyestrain so I decided to invest in blue light blocking glasses. It comes with a drawstring microcloth carrying case (that is a dirt magnet) and a micro cloth for cleaning the glasses. I wish it would have come with a hard case instead of having to buy the hard case separate. The glasses themselves are that smarty, slightly cat eye style. I felt the difference when I wore them. Since they are blue blocking lenses it does slightly distort colors however, it isn't detrimental when I am gaming. The frames are on the small side they fall under my eyebrows. They felt comfortable and noticed the hinges are extremely well made and do not bulge out too much. The hinges also will go back slightly for those that have a bigger head. The nose pads are slightly smaller than other eyewear and are clear where it curves. The tortoise/ jewel pattern is dark so it is exactly what you see in the advertisement. These are my first pair of blue light blocking glasses so I don't know how they compare to other brands however, I believe I made a solid investment in protecting my eyes from eyestrain when spending long periods of time on my computer. The quality of the Gunnar is excellent. The construction of the glasses feels robust. One can feel the difference in one's eyes the first day of use. I had a few different brands of computer glasses over the years but these are by far the best. Even though I have used computer glasses for years, my eyes would get red after hours working in front of the computer. Since I am using the Gunnar, my eyes are OK. The design of this glasses is pretty cool. I have kind of big head so it may not work for a woman with small head though. They fit me perfectly and look nice too. Read more

These lenses definitely block out the blue light. I noticed less eye strain and was more comfortable at the computer after about 2 days of use. I sit at a computer for approximately 6 hours a day and these make staring at the screen for hours more comfortable. The only thing I don’t like is that my lashes touch the inside of the lenses.
