challenging

This pan makes my paella taste like metal. Not the first time I used it, but definitely the second time. Then I found on the internet says you have to season it several times (the instructions don't mention this at all), so I did. That certainly helped...but I can still taste the pan in the food. If you're a Spanish chef, maybe you know how to deal with this. But I'm an amateur, so I'm throwing it away and getting a stainless steel one. Read more
