THIS STUFF IS GREAT! When I remember to take it regularly I see a huge improvement in my skin and joints. Its legit. It dissolves okay but I would recommend using a foamer to mix it. Garden of Life makes some high quality products in my experience and I have tried alot of supplements. Read more

Absolutely love this collagen powder since it dissolves in hot and cold liquids! I chose this collagen because it said you only needed 1 scoop per serving. The only problem is that scoop is HUGE...equivalent to 3 tbsp huge! If you're not having a large cup of coffee or bottle of water or adding this to a smoothie, it will make your liquid taste thick. It's a great product don't get me wrong, but just not for any drinks under 16 oz. Read more
There are quite a few reasons why I love this product. First off, it's non-GMO and gluten-free which is a big deal for me. I also appreciate the joint support it provides and how easy it is to mix. I have finally “stacked” my healthy collagen habit enough to see a difference. I have a hard time with marine collagen because it has a distinct fishy flavor. I was hopeful this would not but it does. I put it in my morning water so unflavored needs to not have any flavor. This is fine in smoothies. The scoop is just too big, it like 4 times bigger than the other collagen was using, which did work, I just wanted a more diverse source of the collagen. I haven't seen the explosive hair growth that the other one did for me, but it was easier to dissolve so I feel it is going to clump up on me. Read more
