For the money this bag was fine but it does not have a stable bottom so I had to cut a piece of cardboard and then cover it. I placed it in the bottom of the bag so that it will hold its shape when I set it down with tools in it. The bag is a nylon material. Read more

My wife and I ordered two gardening bags to replace our old one - I ordered the "green", while my wife ordered "floral grey". I wrote a review of the green bag, but when I wanted to write my wife's review of the "floral grey" bag, I got this message: You already reviewed another variant of this product. You've been redirected to edit that review." So, here I am editing my original review to include both gardening bags. Hence, my request to the Amazon employee reviewing the revision of my original review: please remove the "floral grey" gardening bag (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DG8PYZZM) from the list of Vine items that I have to review, since the review system does not allow me to write a new review for the "floral grey" gardening tool bag. Thank you! To me, the bag's lightness was disappointing (the old one we are replacing was much heavier) , but my wife really loves the new bag because it is so light compared to the old one. In my opinion, the bag is a bit flimsy to use as a tool bag, but apparently, some reviewers are happy to use it as that. Overall, the bag is nicely designed (see other reviews for a list of garden tools you can store in it, or just use your imagination). The main compartment has a liner inside of it, which is attached to the bag only along the periphery, so when the liner gets dirty, it can be pulled out, washed down and left out in the open to air dry. I am taking off one star from the rating due to the product page's misleading information regarding the material of the bag - 3 times (!) the material is listed as "canvas", yet if you click on "See more product details" further down, you will find out that material is actually "600D polyester Oxford cloth", which is NOT canvas. Oxford cloth is made from cotton, polyester or viscose. Canvas is made out of cotton, linen or hemp (the word "canvas" is derived from the Latin "cannabis", since hemp was the original material used to make canvas). Thus, calling polyester "canvas" is simply a falsehood. Since the bag looks and feels like canvas, the material could be described as "canvas-like polyester". Maybe that was even the original description, which was shortened (probably for marketing reasons) to just "canvas". Hmm... I wonder why they did not shorten it to "polyester"? Read more
