Not a good solution vs knife work.
The holes on this press are large and require a lot more pressure than the video implies. The slicing action is non existent, this is a ‘mushing’ device so you have to press one clove straight down. If you use it on more than one clove, the garlic slips out from under, so ease of use is not a factor. It is not stable, so it can slip out of hand. It just doesn’t work as demonstrated and there are many products that are better for making garlic chopping simpler. The result is larger ‘dots’ of garlic that are ‘large crushed’, but not small enough to be chopped or minced, so knife work is still involved. Read more

Good quality and crushes garlic well.
This is a good tool. I love that I can throw it in the dishwasher. The garlic is more of a crushed consistency, or paste like. A great option to process a lot of garlic quickly. It is easy to use by just pressing down and rocking the tool back and forth. Read more
