I took this for 1 year between blood tests. I didn't make many diet changes although I switched from heavy cream in my coffee to half & half, and less butter overall. I also started Dr. Berg's vitamin D supplement but no idea if that contributed. I was doing keto/carnivore and my LDL was really high. I wasn't really concerned because everything else was great but I started adding these and also the Garlique for blood pressure. I took one of each daily and that's not the recommendation but was my own decision. No other changes really and I remained moderately active the whole time period.
