The media could not be loaded. I’m really happy with this trash can. One of my favorite features is the slow-close lid — it shuts quietly every time and never slams, which makes a big difference in a kitchen. The foot pedal has the perfect amount of resistance, so it opens smoothly without being too light, and the lid doesn’t hit or bang against the cabinets when opening or closing. The size is just right for everyday use without taking up too much space, and it fits nicely against the cabinets. Does not work with 13gal tall kitchen bags.

Everything is great except for the trash cans. They are too deep for a standard 13gal tall kitchen bags. The bag is wrapped around the edges of the can and the excess bag around the edge is pushed through the hole on the side of the can to secure it. After the bag is about half full it falls in to the can. It still is secured through the hole on the side of the can but the rest of the perimeter falls in. I am still searching for deeper bags and thinking about drilling holes in all 4 sides of the can to keep a standard bag secure. For the price I would have passed on this unit if I would have known it wouldn’t function with standard bags. Read more
