I had been searching for a new bag for work for a while, but just didn’t have any luck on finding exactly what I needed/wanted until I came across this beautiful leopard print bag. I’m a Registered Nurse/Wellness Director, so I have to carry my laptop and important documents containing resident and staff/scheduling information with me at all times. So finding a bag that was durable and sturdy was a MUST. It was also important that I find a bag with plenty of pockets, secure closures, quality fabric, excellent stitching, comfortable to carry and of course it must be CUTE!! 😊 This bag has everything I was looking for and more! I received this bag a few weeks ago and immediately switched over to it from my old bag. I carry it daily and as you can see in the video and photos I shared, there are no signs of wear. The bags measurements are 17.3” Wide x 7” Deep x 12.6” High (not including the length of the straps). It holds everything I have to carry daily and even has extra room. I’m a very satisfied customer. I love the amount of space and pockets this bag has, in and out. A few note-worthy parts are four pockets that be used for either water bottles or other smaller things, there is also three security pockets to place your belongings in, a large one on the backside of the bag, a large one in the front, and a smaller one inside the bag that is almost hidden. Finally, there is a padded pocket for a 15.6” laptop that is secured shut with a Velcro flap which goes nicely with the padded bottom of the bag which allows the bag to stand on its own and keep its structure (another but smaller component of the bag is a plastic ring inside and out to attach your keys to). I’m also quite a fan of the nylon material as it is water resistant, durable, and machine washable (although care instructions can vary with different products). Although, the straps are sewn in so the only ways to carry the bag is how the straps come and if you wish to carry something heavier in the bag, it’d be best to buy a pad or cushion to attach to the bag to avoid any pain on the shoulder or arm you’re carrying the bag on. And on hot days, the outside of the bag can get warm or hot (if you have a black one or another that dark in color) on the outside but there’s no need to worry as all the contents inside won’t heat up like the outside of the bag. One concern I do have though is the outer Velcro pocket of the bag. I ordered my first bag on 09/03/2023 and it came just fine two days later. The packaging was intact and looked brand new and so did the bag. I placed my belongings in the bag and the next day (09/06/2023), I attempted to open the outer Velcro pocket to find that it was stuck to the moveable velcro strap that was keeping the pocket shut. The thread underneath seemed to have come out when I pulled it (I hadn’t yanked it or done anything rough to it the previous day for this to happen), I can only assume that this bag was a defect and I ordered a replacement which arrived today, 09/10/2023. I might update within the coming days or weeks to see if the same thing will happen to this new bag, although I doubt that it will happen twice with a good quality bag like this. Why did I not know that all I had to do to find the perfect teacher bag was search “nurse bag”? I didn’t even know these were a thing! It holds everything and so many pockets! I’ve had it a few months now and discovered a whole new zipper pocket last week that I hadn’t seen before! The elastic pockets on the side actually hold a full size water bottle that does not fall out when you have to bend over (unlike the side pockets on the fancy bags from the “my name is a number” bag people) I could fit my big laptop in the laptop space. The small handle on the bag can be used as a strap to hold it upright on carts or luggage. Which is nice because it can get heavy on account of all the stuff I’ve shoved in there. The little thing that hangs down inside you can hook your keys to snapped off pretty quickly, but I don’t care. I used the front key loop more anyway. Read more
This bag is great for nurses, or nursing students! It offers plenty of room, lots of pockets to help stay organized, and the handles are large and easy to use. The material is great for wiping down or throwing in the washer. Would recommend. Read more
Used as a work/school bag in nursing school and I was hard on it, one zipper broke shortly after getting it but I just used other pockets and it was great, had space for laptop and tablet as well as notes, snacks, drinks and a uniform and other things so it’s a good investment. The bag seems to be well made. Definitely roomy. Only complaint is that it is not gray as described. It has a lot of blue in the pattern. The product pictures show black and gray. Read more
