These are beautiful bracelets. Typically I will wear an 8-9 inch, comfortably. For me, these fit a bit snug but not restrictive tight. The description states they are 7.5in although the inner band is stretchy. The description also calls the bracelet "retractable" (I suppose one can assume this to mean expandable). To explain further, the beads and charm are strung together by elastic type bands (perhaps latex-free or synthetic rubber). With that said, longevity of the bands are questionable however, the manufacture included extra bands-I assume breakage might be an issue and the extra bands are to aid in repairing once the primary bands fail.
