Are they ugly? Yes! However, these things are functional! I've hated my new pair of glasses because they fall off and press sore spots in my temples. By the two hour mark, I have a headache and want to throw them away. I immediately put these on when they arrived. They fit my glasses well, were relatively easy to install (even though they don't come with instructions), they seem durable enough, the color matched...it hit on all cylinders. Personally, I would've liked them a little thicker. By about the 6-7 hour mark I feel that uneasy pressure from the glasses. Just a little more thickness would be awesome. The media could not be loaded. I use these everyday my glasses are so uncomfortable that I really have no choice. I appreciate that they are soft and make wearing my glasses comfortable and pain free. However, they are honestly really ugly. I am embarrassed to wear my hair up. They also catch my hair, and then I struggle to take my glasses off. They pull my hair. This is really the nature of the material they are made of but it is worth considering if you have long hair. My glasses kept falling off whenever I leaned over so I ordered the Gdnmapt Silicone Anti Slip Glasses Ear Cushions and positioned them on the frame arms where they felt comfortable. Well, everything went ok until I looked in the mirror, OMG, I looked like Dopey from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs! Protruding ears are not a bad thing and I admit mine protrude but these cushions are thick so when wearing the glasses my ears stuck out way way more than usual. These work great on the ends of the temples of my current prescription sunglasses. Not only do they prevent the glasses from slipping down, but they prevent the tips of the temples from further scratching the eyeglass lenses.
