Great Microwave
The most important Part about this Microwave, is that the Installation Process went very well and easy. Specifically, because it perfectly fit the Back-plate from my old Microwave (the one I replaced) - hence, less measuring, drilling and Stress. Read more
Really loud - when running and the beeps and the vent fan.
Works fine. I don't like it as well as the GE one it replaced (apparently after we lost power, a power surge when it came back on blew it). Here are the things I don't like: TOO LOUD! The beeper when things are done is way too loud! The fan is too loud, the microwave when it is running is too loud! The vent fan is too loud! OK, I did just get new hearing aids about 3 weeks ago, but all that is still too loud. Hurts my ears. Why does the turntable sit so high? The microwave sticks out another inch than the old one. It is very blocky - especially the handle. The buttons are not easy for these arthritic hands to push. You have to make sure you press right in the middle of the number, and press pretty hard. All in all, I'm grateful to have a microwave again, but boy, it's loud. I guess I'll just have to live with it. Read more
What I expected
Nice microwave that was easy to install seeing as how it was replacing another GE and used he same mounting wall bracket. I’m hoping I get more than 7 years that the previous GE gave me. Read more

Fantastic project easy to install. Note on the recommendation you will need a second Person to install it correctly. I used the template as suggested. Fits perfectly for upright ventilation which I chose to do. Read more
Bad bad!
Lasted just under 2 years. Contacted Ge and they want to send a tech for $140. Part's would be extra. Paid $284!! Go with another brand. Read more
Works great
So far works great and simple. It installed using the old microwave wall mount rack. The exterior venting did not match up with old microwave. Looks good and noise level is ready same as previous. Read more

Ok, so this is the sort of thing you buy because your old one goes out. We got one the same size, same looks, and so it fit in our kitchen perfectly. It has, I must say, taken a bit getting used to how to use it, but I'm sure in time it'll feel like second nature. Read more
