This is the best scale I have owned by far! First of all - it’s accurate. Last doctor visit I weighed only 1lb difference between the doctors and the scale - which I assume is because of clothing. Normally I’m used to having a 5 to even 10 lb variance between the doctor and home. The scale is sleek and modern looking. The app is extrmely easy to use, and getting into a habit of weighing yourself twice a day really helps track weight fluctuations and trends, and directly see how eating and exercise habits effect your weight on a day to day basis. Since buying this scale, I’ve lost 15lbs and am almost consistently in a non-overweight BMI which feels amazing to see everyday. The body fat % and muscle mass features are nice to see as well, and I love to constantly praying BMR - preventing issues I’ve had in the past where my calorie goal stays the same even though I lose weight and burn less via BMR, slowing my weight loss progress. I also enjoy that it can connect to multiple profiles and multiple apps, so both my husband and I can both track our weight. Overall, this is an extremely quality product that is well worth the money spent on it. I highly reccomend this to anyone wanting to better track their fitness! Read more
Works great! Tracks weight, water% in your body, and body fat%. I'm not sure how accurate the body fat% is, as with most scales that are similar to this one. The phone app this works with is a great touch to track fitness progress. Read more
Currently my main scale in my workout area. the screen is easily legible and well backlit making it pretty bright even in poor lighting. its the size of most scales ive ever used, although thinner and seems to be pretty sturdy. it looks good, although you really shouldnt care about this as functionality is the main goal. the weight portion seems to be pretty accurate, compared to another scale and they were within .5lbs of each other. the body fat and all that? i really cant say, this scale measures it aswell as my samsung watch; theyre close on the numbers but unless i went for a real scan the same day i cannot speak on how accurate it really is. Samsung claims the watch is extremely accurate and i'd like to believe that, but i honestly struggle to. all things considered, i do not see a drawback with this scale currently. it connects to its own app, but being an owner of a couple renpho items (the smart jump rope, body tape measure, and blood pressure) i have it connected to their app instead. This app also connects to Health Connect, MyFitnessPal, and i believe Samsung Health which is a nice plus. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I was recommended this scale by a friend, and I literally thought to myself, what is the big deal? A scale is a scale. But no, I was wrong. This is the best scale I have ever had. I’ve seen some negative reviews about the app, which I really don’t understand. The intuitive app allows you to access detailed, real-time, accurate information. I love the app and feel it is so simple to use, but will note that if you have someone else using the scale with you (my spouse), then have them download the app on their own phone and create their own profile! LOL I’ve now had my scale for over a month now and have only had to recharge it a couple of times, so far. That is with myself, my husband, and my 2 daughters using it. Overall, a great product with great features, for a great price. The scale is surprisingly thin and light weight, but clearly built well. I love this product. Read more
