Good, but not perfect
The suction cup will not hold long on our fiberglass tub. It is sting at first, but after a couple of days it is loose again. Yes, I followed the instructions. Still better than others. I primarily bought this because of the stainless steel construction. The suction cup does help stabilize even without suction. They sent discs that we could use to help, but it doesn’t bother me enough to use them. Read more
Love it.
Stainless is the most important feature and goes without saying. The over the pipe hanger is cushioned and secure enough to hold the unit on its own but the suction cup is a wonder to behold.My shower unit is about 12 years old and has a slight texture to it and all I did was wet the cup slightly and tighten the knob and it has not moved since.The unit has nice shelves and hangers for accessories and the like.Very satisfied with this purchase and look forward to trying more products from this company. Attractive hanging shower caddy
This attractive hanging shower caddy with excellent suction to keep it in place was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, my shower head is unusually high, making any hanging caddy impractical, and with regret I had to return it. In its place, I purchased a caddy from the same manufacturer that is suspended just with suction. Read more
Strong construction...Lame suction cup!!
After visiting Bed, Bath and Beyond last weekend, I purchased this shower caddy instead. The caddies at BBB were so flimsy and cheap-feeling (a baby could bend the metal of those things), I could not in good conscience pay their ridiculous prices. This one on the other hand is made of much sturdier stock. I am happy with the overall design and strength of the item. The reason it is getting three stars is for the suction cup. No matter how clean the surfaces, or how much you tighten it on, the suction will release soon after securing it. Totally worthless addition to an otherwise decent product. Go back to regular suction cups for this thing and you'll have a winner. Now I have to go buy my own suction cups. Read more

Got this a few months ago. No rust, looks great! Tried using the suction cup but it didn't work at all. We don't mind, our old one was a thousand times worse! Think completely rusted to the point that one shelf had rusted off. We just even out the bottles and let it lay as it may. It stays straight!! Don't even bother with the suction cup. And don't waste money on adhesive. It's supposed to hang, let it hang!!!! LOL. Read more

Somewhat functional, with frustrating Design Flaws
It appears the designer has never actually had to use this thing, and lives alone. There's only one hook for a razor. There's two hooks for hanging things I don't need, but razors can't fit. The wires of the floor grate of the lowest shelf (for soap) are so far apart that only newer/larger bars will not slip between the wires and fall to the shower floor. Making it even worse, the soap shelf is so close to the one above, my hand hardly fits in to retrieve the bar of soap (I'm a 6' male, 175 lbs).
