I LOVE THESE! These lashes are very sturdy and they last a while. They can be a little bit pokey on the edges though, so I reccomend cutting some of the extra band and applying lash glue to the edges of the band to prevent eye irritation. I am giving these lashes a one star review and not because they are generally BAD, but the poor customer service when they are. Every once in a blue moon I recieve good eyelashes from here out of the 30+ times i have ordered these. Yes, i probably should find new lashes… but at least it helps other people when they recieve faulty product from this brand. I have emailed them before for compensation including photos & they simply don’t care. your best bet for returning is through Customer service because they are no help even through email.
