Where have you been all my life?

Sara BethNovember 16, 2025

This stuff is amazing! Just follow the simple instructions and watch that unwanted gel start bubbling right off! After about 5 minutes it was easy to scrape off the gel and my natural nail was totally fine. I was very careful not to let it touch my skin and noticed no pain or burning. If you want that chipped gel polish off now and don’t want to go to the salon, than this is for you! Read more

Effective gel polish remover but takes several rounds

VNovember 11, 2025

While I love getting gel manicures because of how long they last, I like giving my nails a break in between to prevent too much damage. I used to go back to the salon just to get it removed and have a regular polish applied but I got tired of doing so. Ended up buying this gel polish remover and trying to do so myself at home. And I was pleasantly surprised with the results. Steps for effective gel polish removal: 1. File the top coat off of your nail polish using a coarse nail file, getting all over but being careful not to overfile down to your actual nail. I like to brush on a bit of cuticle oil to protect my cuticles during the process. 2. Brush on the gel nail polish remover and let sit for 3-5minutes until the polish starts to lift. Be careful not to get on your skin! If not enough lifted, I liked to go in either some more remover and repeating. 3. Using the flat end of the provided metal stick, gently scrape the loosened polish off, being careful not to force it off. If more polish remains, I like to file the top as necessary and apply even more remover for just the remaining bits and repeat the process. 4. Once you remove all the polish, take the provided small buffing square and just gently buff your nails. Best if you follow with some cuticle and nail oil to help your nails from drying out. I found it took multiple applications of remover to fully remove the gel polish but I was able to do so with minimal damage. I feel like my nails are healthier than if I went to a salon for removal so I would recommend this product if you have the time and patience. Read more

Gel polish remover

Kindle CustomerJuly 12, 2025

This gel polish remover is a great time saver! More importantly, a nail saver! Filing off gel polish is such a nuisance and it leaves nails thin and fragile. This remover works quickly and my nails are in great condition after. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because if it gets on your skin it is uncomfortable, like it feels like it’s burning. It didn’t leave any redness but it was uncomfortable. Read more

Worked for BIAB too!

Francesca BNovember 2, 2025

I re-read the instructions after I had already started using it to remove my builder gel and thought it wasn’t gonna work, but it just took me a few extra coats and it came off! It did burn a little when it randomly touched the back of my hand or my finger, but I quickly washed those areas off off under water in between coats and the burning feeling went away. Definitely saved me from ripping it off or trying to e-file it and ruining my nails like I’ve done too many times. Pic is right after with just cuticle oil massaged in! Read more

THIN NAILS BEWARE! Not worth the pain!

NicoleAugust 12, 2025

I carefully read most reviews before buying this product, and ultimately decided to try it for myself... Here's exactly what happened. I used my nail drill to buff off my top coat and gel paint. I mainly left behind the thin layer of builder gel that has been on my nail for almost 3 weeks. I was very careful NOT to get any of this on my skin because of what others said about the burning. I started applying onto my nails... and within 30s my nails were ON FIRE! The chemical reaction was so strong, my nails felt like they had been dipped in acid! HOWEVER, I fought through the pain because I needed to get the gel off... 10 minutes pass, and my nails look a little fuzzy, but Nothing like how it was supposed. So I use the provided tool to try to start scraping the gel off, and it's still hard as a rock. So I pushed through and applied yet ANOTHER layer of this stuff to see if it would work the second time. I endured the acid burning pain once again, and still NO results. At this point I was fed up and got a paper towel and tried to wash this stuff off as gently as I could because my nails were SO sensitive at this point! When I was washing, I noticed that my nails were completely coiled up and curving into my skin. They curved into the shape of a horseshoe, which I believe was causing so much pain. I heard that thinner nails can experience this due to the chemical reactions, but the pain of this was not worth it to ever do it again. I ended up settling for acetone to remove everything after my nails settled down. So 2 things. If you have naturally thin nails like me, be prepared for your nails too coil up and BURN! And maybe this would work better on straight gel nail polish, and NOT builder gel like I used. But I can confidently say that this did NOT WORK FOR ME Read more

Works but burns your skin

Julie Meredith BranstromSeptember 30, 2025

This stuff works decently well to remove gel polish, but be careful not to get it on your skin. I got it on my skin and it burned like crazy. Even continued to feel uncomfortable after washing it off. For this reason, I won’t be using it again. It feels unsafe. Read more

Worth the money at twice the price!!!

CMGNovember 6, 2025

I decided that getting my nails done at a salon was not good for my nail beds because they use a dremmel too much. So, I started doing my nails myself, and removing gel is not easy or fun. This stuff works like a CHARM!!! It is saving my nail beds and it is so worth the money at twice the price. Be patient and use more than one coat, and make sure to buff the top layer of your nail polish with an emery board first, or it won't work. Read more
