I ordered this and ridge filler at the same time not realizing that this is a filler as well. I tried the filler first and and then this one, thinking it was a base coat/top coat mix. It's base coat, top coat, strengthener, concealer and filler. Now that I've tried this I'm wondering why everyone wouldn't just use this? This has the odor and consistency of regular nail polish and dries pretty quick. The consistency was surprising with it being a filler. I would think it would be quite a bit thicker. The dry time was great. Even the thicker coat dried quickly. The last couple of clear/translucent tinted shades I've gotten have gone on with color and dried clear so I wasn't sure what to expect with this. For testing, I tried it on myself and also on a flat white nail tip for better visibility. The four attached photos show: 1) The first image of just one nail was my first test that I goofed up. On the first coat I didn't brush it through evenly and there ended up being more on the top half, which despite trying to even it out on coat two, you can really tell. Coat three was just a regular thin coat. I think this one really shows what a difference the amount makes with this. Normally I do thin coats so did another with thinner coats. The next three images are of a nail sitting to the right of a unpolished nail just like it, with the coat # labeled below it. The lighting wasn't the greatest which made the first coat nail more difficult to capture. I feel there's more color to it than what's reflected in the image. Despite my polishing errors, I really like the way the color accumulates. It definitely retains the tint and is true to what you see in the bottle. I can't speak for the strengthener and durability yet but as far as filling, shine, and shade goes, I feel this is excellent. As much as I liked their filler, this is more convenient. My nails have been loving this treatment. I was pretty abusive to my nails during the holidays so I'm giving them some extra TLC in the new year, and this nail strengthener has been a big part of bringing them back to a healthy state. I was a little worried when I saw just how bright pink it was, it's a little out of my color comfort zone, but after applying it the first time my worry was put to rest. With a single layer it goes on almost clear, with just a subtle touch of pink that looks more like a healthy nail than an actual color application. You get a little more pink color with additional layers but it never turned into the bright bubble gum color it appears to be in the bottle. It's filled with all kinds of healthy nourishment for nails. It's not just healing, it's adding strength and also hydrating them. I can definitely see and feel a difference after using it for the last week. It's quite thin and goes on smoothly then dries pretty quickly, only a minute or two. I've been doing a single layer most applications and that's been enough to feel like I have a protective barrier covering my nails while they soak in the nourishing goodness. No issues with it chipping or peeling even with a second layer. It doesn't feel heavy or like it's suffocating my nail, it just makes them look a little nicer and keeps them smooth and protected while they heal. For such a great product I think the price is pretty reasonable as well. Definitely recommended if you need to do some nail repair or if you just want a light healthy looking tint and protective layer during periods when your nails are bare. Read more
As I've gotten older, I've ran into some issues with my nails. I've had some issues with the strength and growth of some of my nails, so I thought I would try out this product. The 'GELLEN' PRO BIO nail polish is a great multipurpose nail polish, which can help with various things. It's listed as a 5-in-1 product, which may help with: fortifying, hardening, concealing, smoothing, and repairing. It also states that it can help with damaged, dry, uneven or yellowing nails. I've only been using this nail polish for a few days; however, it does seem to help my nails look smoother, and gives them a nice glossy look. I like that this isn't a gel polish that needs curing, and it dries quickly for me (around about a minute or so). My nails look very nice so far, and this is a great polish to wear everyday. While it may take some time to see the full range of benefits of this nail polish, I love what I've seen thus far. My nails look great, and the polish is clear but glossy looking. I'm going to continue to wear this polish, and will update after some more time has passed. So far, this has been a great nail care product for me. Read more
I really love this nail product and especially the color. One coat gives a very sheer, almost clear finish, while the second coat adds a soft milky nude pink that makes nails look clean and healthy. It’s that “your nails but better” look. As my nails have gotten older, I’ve noticed more ridging, and this helps noticeably smooth everything out, making my nails look more even and polished. I also have one nail that’s prone to minor cracks, and while it’s still early, so far it seems to be helping. Another big plus is how quickly it dries, which makes it easy to use even when you’re short on time. I like using this in between regular polish applications as a repair and reset for my nails. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to improve nail appearance while keeping things simple. Read more
