This product it’s so neat and awesome, plus it’s beyond helpful as a motorcycle rider. I love my book bag. To take matters further when I had an error or an issue with my beloved item, customer service was beyond helpful. Initially, I went online, which was then directed to Amazon where I purchased it. The team at Amazon was immediate with replying, plus the insured everything was corrected in the end. This took a matter of two days.
