This is the third time I've used one of these under a 3D printer. Does a tremendous job of soaking up all of the vibrations and stopping sound transfer through the floor into the rooms under. Once I put my Elegoo Centauri Carbon on this all of my drawers and tools stopped rattling. Did exactly what it was I needed it to do. I know it's an unusual use for these but they work great for my needs. Definitely better than using expensive, specialty feet. The absorption plus extra mass helps dramatically. Tons of protection for machine, tools, table, and sanity. Plus, doesn't hurt that it looks great sitting on the table and machine over the top. Read more

We decided to ground the music studio with rubber tiles, but needed ones on which equipment carts could roll. Smooth side up, these fit the bill. These are heavy. Be forewarned. However, they are solid and provide a resistance free rolling surface on top of carpet. We bought 4 tiles as the “sample” and will continue to resurface the studio with these. Read more

There’s definitely a difference between working out in a gym and working out in a home gym. I figured it out… it’s the flooring (and that creepy guy sitting on the machine across from you, watching your every move, but that’s for another post)! My home gym used to be on cement with a thin puzzle piece, cheap pad underneath my weight bench and workout machines. This flooring… I CANNOT EVEN TELL YOU… makes a HUGE difference!!!! No more slipping mats or gaps. These mats are so thick and heavy, they just stay where you put them. I did hire someone to come and install them, but it was purely out of self-doubt. After watching them put everything together in about 15min, I’m pretty sure I could have done that myself. 😅 There is a rubber smell that I’m hoping goes away in time, but other than that, I cannot complain.
