I'm renovating my kitchen in my 114 year old once a sweatshop studio, and my kitchen is black, white and great wallpapers--whitish brick and a varied industrial style vinyl tiles (you can get all that on Amazon too) and my cupboards and floors are red. I ordered black handles and they look great, and this rug is beautiful against my deep red hardwood floor! Also, it stays in place, and I've had it for two weeks and it looks just as soft and clean and nice as it did when I unpacked it. It laid down flat right away, and it STAYS PUT! i HATE it when rugs move, and this one doesn't AT ALL. YAY! I'm saving up now for the smaller one, because this one comes in two sizes. I bought the runner and matching rug for my kitchen and dining area, and they’ve been a great addition. They are thin, which is what I was looking for. Spills are easy to clean up, which is a huge plus. The low-pile design means messes don’t soak in or get trapped, and cleanup is fast and hassle-free. They’re stylish and practical, perfect for high-traffic areas. I will say the price felt a little high considering how thin they are, but the design and convenience make up for it.
