Been a fan of Genova Yellowfin tuna in olive oil for years. And Amazon is the best value place to buy it. Used to be in EVOO, however, the change is acceptable. The tuna is fresh, soft, flaky and delicious, right out of the can. The 5 oz size, although smaller, makes for a satisfying meal with little else. My first time trying the Garlic and Tuscan Herb flavor. It was most excellent, very flavorful, moist, and high in protein. As everyone says, you can eat it directly out of can without using mayonnaise. An awesome delicious new find, and easy to open. It only had a one-year exp date for all the cans.
